FLASH HARRY ONE SHOT KIT

A durable acrylic compound for waterproofing of iron, or tiled pitched roof applications, skylights, parapets, roof ridges, flashings and roof screws. One shot kits must be used in conjunction with a waterproofing membrane. It’s not recommended for areas of long term ponding or under tiles (fish ponds etc.) Recommended to be over coated with a UV resistant roof paint. Available in standard colours in 5lt and 1lt.

FLASH HARRY FIBRE FLEX

Fibre flex is an acrylic and reinforcing fibre blended waterproofing compound. The presence of a long synthetic fibre mixed into the compound, eliminates the need for a separate waterproofing membrane. Fibre flex is suitable for; parapet walls, tiled roof cappings, flashings, properly graded roof decks, lap joints, roofing screws, water features, fish ponds and many other waterproofing details. Fibre flex is most effective in areas were no excessive movement takes place and were the use of a traditional membrane system is too time consuming or in the presence of excessive detail. Fibre flex is suitable for areas of long term ponding but in such areas it must be used in conjunction with a primer.  Available in standard colours in 5lt.

FLASH HARRY DRIP STOP

Dripstop is a water based modified bitumen emulsion, which is used in conjunction with a waterproofing membrane. Applications for this product can be used on all roof details (flat or pitched), fish ponds, water – features, water retaining structures and foundation walls. Once completely dry the product becomes highly resistant to swelling or re-emulsification, a problem associated with other water based systems. The product is supplied in 5Lt and 25Lt (ordered on request).

BITUMEN SEALER

A thick slurry type paste that is trowel applied. Used to seal leaking gutters, gulleys, valleys. Bitumen is solvent based so it’s not recommended fish ponds or drinking water dams. Should be coated with a Bitumen based aluminium paint where exposed to UV. Can be applied during rainy weather.

GROUT SEALER

An invisible coating that waterproofs existing grout, as well as preventing algae growth and dirt retention on all tile grout applications. Porous grout in shower cubicles allows water seepage. If no hair line cracking is evident in the grout; the application of Damp Doctor Grout Sealer, can often remedy the problem without going to the costly expense of lifting the tiles.

PLASCON DAMP SEAL

Plascon Dampseal is a single pack water barrier coating to treat the effects of rising and penetrating damp. The film has excellent adhesion to both wet and dry surfaces. Dampseal reacts with moisture in the surface forming an impenetrable barrier through which the movement of water and dissolved salts is not possible.

Plascon Wallseal is a durable acrylic emulsion paint with good flexibility and superior waterproofing properties.

FLASH HARRY CARPORT CURE

An insulating coating for the underside of sheet metal carports, preventing condensation and subsequent dripping, which results in unsightly white marks and damage to motor vehicle paint work.
